This is an excellent opportunity for a newly licensed attorney or someone looking to transition into personal injury law. No prior personal injury or litigation experience is required—we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Learning all aspects of personal injury litigation and case management
- Drafting pleadings, discovery, and motions with attorney guidance
- Communicating with clients and helping guide them through the legal process
- Attending hearings, depositions, mediations, and client meetings
- Assisting with case strategy and litigation preparation
- Working closely with a supportive and experienced legal team
- Growing into managing your own caseload as your experience develops
- Licensed Attorney in Arizona (Required)
- Recently licensed attorneys are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Self-motivated and eager to grow professionally
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Team-oriented mindset
- Passion for helping injured clients through difficult situations
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required
