Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as a Territory Sales Manager, based in Birmingham, AL with some remote work flexibility. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, managing and expanding the assigned territory, and identifying new business opportunities. The role includes providing sales presentations, training customers, and ensuring client satisfaction through exceptional customer service. The Territory Sales Manager will also collaborate with team members and report on sales progress and forecasts.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Proven Sales experience and ability to meet or exceed targets
- Excellent Customer Service skills to address client needs and resolve concerns effectively
- Experience with Training clients or team members on products or services
- Background in Sales Management or territory management is preferred
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented approach to achieve business objectives
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
