Looking to TRADE up to a better opportunity? Ace Home Services has an exciting opportunity for an in-Store Sales Manager.
We are building a team of notch marketers to work in select Big Box Home Improvement stores throughout Phoenix, to connect with store personnel for training and lead generation events to deliver the lead flow need to achieve the stores budgeted revenue requirements.
What you will do:
The Store Program Manager will be building relationships with store managers and employees, training associates on how to generate leads, and participate in weekend lead generation events.
The Store Program Ambassador will conduct 3 to 5 Product knowledge session each week in their assigned stores to train big box associates HOW to generate both the quantity and quality of leads needed.
Additionally, the Store Program Manager and the big box store employees in their assigned stores (up to 3) will be engaging customers to set appointments for Free Estimates to replace Heating and A/C systems as well as to set appointments for discounted required seasonal tune-up maintenance (think oil change for your a/c system).
The ideal candidate should be an expert at building relationships and influencing desired outcomes. This candidate should be a results driven, goal-oriented, seasoned marketing and sales professional with a self-motivating, positive, and energetic attitude.
Schedules: Monday - Friday **Some weekend availability would be a plus**
