Position Overview

We are seeking experienced Occupational Therapists for field-based positions serving the Hayward, San Leandro, Alameda, and Oakland areas. Join a team where your clinical expertise is valued, your professional growth is supported, and your work-life balance is prioritized.

Compensation Range: $153,000 - $206,000 annually (per-visit basis plus mileage)

Qualifications

Required:

• Graduate of ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy program
• Active California OT license
• Two years of clinical experience as an occupational therapist
• Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational abilities

Preferred:

• Minimum one year of home health experience
• Experience with electronic health records
