We are currently seeking a reliable, experienced, and detail-oriented Field Supervisor to perform visits throughout Maine on a flexible, per-visit basis.

Position Summary

The Field Supervisor will conduct required in-home visits with clients and caregivers throughout Maine, excluding Aroostook County. This position is paid on a per-visit basis, making it an excellent opportunity for an experienced CNA or healthcare professional who wants a flexible independent-contractor role.

Visits may include supervisory visits, Plan of Care updates, service reviews, client observations, caregiver observations, and other agency-required field visits.

The supervisor must be comfortable traveling to different counties throughout Maine based on client and agency needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home supervisory visits with clients and caregivers.
• Complete required supervisory documentation accurately and timely.
• Review and monitor whether services are being provided according to the client's Plan of Care.
• Conduct Plan of Care updates and reviews as required.
• Observe caregivers and document the quality and appropriateness of services being provided.
• Identify changes in a client's needs, condition, environment, or services and promptly report concerns to the agency.
• Communicate professionally with clients, caregivers, families, and agency staff.
• Complete visit documentation and submit required paperwork within agency deadlines.
• Travel to client homes throughout Maine, excluding Aroostook County.
• Maintain confidentiality and protect client privacy.
• Follow Ace Home Care LLC policies, procedures, and applicable Maine requirements.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification/license required.
• Previous experience in home care, caregiving, healthcare, supervision, or a related field preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Excellent observation and organizational skills.
• Reliable and professional.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness and ability to travel throughout Maine, excluding Aroostook County.
• Must successfully complete required background checks and provide necessary clearances.
• Must be able to complete electronic documentation and communicate with the agency regarding completed visits.

Compensation & Opportunities

• $75–$100 per completed visit, depending on the type and requirements of the visit.
• Paid on a per-visit basis as an independent contractor.

Important Travel Requirement

This position is based in Portland, Maine, but the Field Supervisor will be expected to travel to client homes in counties throughout the State of Maine, with the exception of Aroostook County.
