Must-haves
- 3–5 years of experience across multiple trades.
- Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance.
- Owned truck or van and your own tool set.
- Experience quoting jobs (labor/materials) strongly preferred.
- Commitment to earn OSHA 10 Certification within 90 days of employment.
- Comfort with technology; Service Titan experience is a plus.

Physical capabilities
- Stand, walk, and climb ladders/stairs (at least 15 ft.).
