What are the responsibilities and job description for the ICS position at ACE HARDWARE OF OOLTEWAH?
- Responsible for generating, editing, and submitting SRO’s and the successful submission of Ace orders.
- Updates all store transfers promptly.
- Runs bin tags and sees they are put out.
- Oversees and/or performs cycle counts.
- Prints signs.
- Handles any computer/printer problems with assistance from Information Systems staff as necessary.
- Attends relevant training sessions concerning E4W.
- Strives to build a high level of E4W proficiency with all associates through emphasis on training at the store.
- Completes Weekly Inventory Checklist and submits to corporate office.
- As one of the leaders at a store, the Op Tech needs to set a positive example including a commitment to the principles of PEPSI.
- Takes responsibility for staying on track with his/her personal development plan.
- 1-2 years of retail inventory.
- Computer proficiency with inventory control and point-of-sale software. Epicor (point-of-sale) and Microsoft Office experience highly desired.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with a high attention to detail.
- Available to work some weekends or evenings.
- Physical requirements: standing or walking throughout the shift, lifting up to 40lbs, bending, pushing/pulling, breaking down boxes, climbing ladder, etc.
