Overview:
At Homewood Ace, we are looking for multiple full time and part time, highly motivated, and energetic sales representatives with a strong work ethic that are willing to contribute to the culture of helpful. These positions require the abilities to communicate effectively, be on your feet for an 8-hour shift, lift up to 60 pounds, and safe operation of ladders up to 8 feet in height. Experience in customer service is a plus but not required. Education level of a high school diploma or GED.

Duties:
- Engage with customers to provide outstanding service and assistance
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain stock levels and merchandise displays
- Accurately put away stock shipments in timely fashion
- Demonstrate product knowledge to drive sales (knowledge will grow with time)
- Answer phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
Qualifications:
-Student like mindset with the willingness to learn
- Proficiency in using cash registers and POS systems
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Customer Service driven attitude
- Must have valid driver's license
