This is a new store opening later this year. GM will train at another Ace Hardware while the new store is getting ready to open.
Responsibilities
· Provide a positive representation of the store to employees, customers, and vendors.
- Responsible for running shifts, including opening and/or closing the store.
- Manages employees in accordance with our Standards of Conduct.
- Trains and coaches employees.
- Answers all employee questions with a kind, friendly manner.
· Proactively assist customers.
· Ensure all calls and pages are answered promptly, courteously, and effectively.
Requirements and skills
- Previous retail experience
- Previous Management experience
- Outgoing, friendly, and ability to multi-task
