We are a brand new company in Whatcom County, built by experienced professionals and committed to delivering top‑rated handyman, repair, and remodeling services. Our team provides homes and businesses throughout the county with exceptional craftsmanship and reliable service for all their handyman needs. We are currently seeking a highly motivated, professional Master Craftsman with skills across multiple trades.

The AHS Master Craftsman represents the highest level of skill and professionalism our company offers. This individual consistently delivers exceptional craftsmanship and reliably follows our established systems. They have demonstrated strong leadership abilities and proven competence as both a craftsman and a lead. They are also capable of diagnosing issues, assessing project needs, and directing other craftsmen remotely providing accurate guidance even without being on the jobsite.

Our Master Craftsman Is a COACH

• Coach - DAD - Diagnose, Assess, and Direct other craftsmen over the phone.
• Oversight - Overseeing the execution of the AHS system in the field.
• Has experience using sales software in the field.
• Hero - He responds well to difficult situations.
  
  

Job Duties

Meets the criteria of an AHS lead man plus other key attributes as described above.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform all types of quality handyman repairs
• Carpentry
• Drywall repair
• Painting
• Tile work
• Basic plumbing and electrical
  
  

Qualifications

• 5 years of Master Craftsman experience
• Own truck or van and tools (optional)
• Strong work ethic and professional demeanor
• Excellent customer service skills
• Collaborative, optimistic, reliable
• Knowledgeable in multiple trades

Compensación: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour

The 800 Craftsmen who represent our Brand are the heart and soul of our turn-key, white-glove home repair, maintenance, and improvement service. They are skilled and experienced in many trades, but their professionalism and attention to detail is what sets them apart from others who work in the industry.

Most of the projects completed are for Repeat and Referral Customers—folks truly appreciate our high level of service, and they often request additional work by asking for particular Craftsmen by name.
