About the role:
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Handyman/Craftsman to join our growing team. You'll work on a wide range of residential and commercial project, helping clients throughout the Lake Ridge, VA area with high-quality repair, maintenance, and improvement services.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general home and commercial repairs (carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, window & door repair, light plumbing & electrical)
- Diagnose issues and provide effective solutions
- Communicate clearly with clients and ensure satisfaction
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor
Qualifications:
- 3 years of handyman or multi-trade experience
- Own a truck or van with valid vehicle insurance
- Valid Real ID
- Strong work ethic and professionalism
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, collaborative, and detail-oriented

The 800 Craftsmen who represent our Brand are the heart and soul of our turn-key, white-glove home repair, maintenance, and improvement service. They are skilled and experienced in many trades, but their professionalism and attention to detail is what sets them apart from others who work in the industry.
Most of the projects completed are for Repeat and Referral Customers—folks truly appreciate our high level of service, and they often request additional work by asking for particular Craftsmen by name.
