As a Handyman Helper, you’ll assist Lead Craftsmen on residential and light commercial jobs:
- Support repairs and maintenance across trades:
- Carpentry
- Drywall & painting
- Basic plumbing & electrical
- Tile and general home repairs
- Prepare job sites and maintain clean work areas
- Learn tools, materials, and best practices
- Interact with customers professionally and respectfully
- Help identify additional service opportunities
- Maintain and organize tools, vehicles, and workspace
This is an entry-level role—attitude matters more than experience.
Minimum Requirements
- ~1 year of hands-on experience (construction, landscaping, maintenance, etc.)
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to communicate well with customers
- Willingness to learn multiple trades
- Valid driver’s license good driving record
- Ability to lift, carry, and work outdoors when needed
- Positive attitude and team mindset
- Clean-cut, professional appearance
- Problem-solving mindset
- Respect for tools, property, and customers
- Desire to build a long-term career in the trades
- $20/hour starting pay
- $15 trip bonus per job
