Interested Craftsmen Should Have The Following Attributes

A good overall knowledge of: Cabinets and Trim Carpentry.

Proper Tools: Craftsmen should possess hand tools for their job skills.

Be Presentable: Craftsmen must have a professional appearance and be well groomed.

Strong Work Ethics: Craftsmen who take pride in their work, do the right thing even when no one is looking, and does what it takes.

Specific Qualifications For The Role Include

• Minimum with proof of a high school diploma or GED
• Have your own standard set of tools to perform your skills set
• Have your own truck or van
• Possess a valid Florida Driver's License
• Have current auto insurance on the vehicle that you use
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Strong people skills
• Background check
• Have a smartphone
• (Spanish is not required but is a plus)

Compensación: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

The 800 Craftsmen who represent our Brand are the heart and soul of our turn-key, white-glove home repair, maintenance, and improvement service. They are skilled and experienced in many trades, but their professionalism and attention to detail is what sets them apart from others who work in the industry.

Most of the projects completed are for Repeat and Referral Customers—folks truly appreciate our high level of service, and they often request additional work by asking for particular Craftsmen by name.
