Position Overview
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is essential in delivering a professional, welcoming experience for our customers from the first call to job completion.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a courteous and professional manner
Schedule service appointments and coordinate with field technicians
Enter and update customer information accurately in our system
Communicate job details, estimates, and follow-ups with customers
Support daily office operations and assist the team as needed
Represent the Ace Handyman Services brand with positivity and professionalism
Qualifications
Previous customer service or office experience preferred
Strong phone, communication, and interpersonal skills
Basic computer skills and comfort with scheduling or CRM systems
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
