Position Overview
We are hiring part‑time Craftsmen at multiple skill levels, including Craftsman, Lead Craftsman, and Master Craftsman. This role is ideal for experienced tradespeople seeking flexible hours, steady work, and a professional, supportive team environment.
Skill Levels and Responsibilities
Craftsman
Perform basic to intermediate home repairs and maintenance
Tasks may include drywall repair, painting, trim work, minor carpentry, and door or hardware installation
Maintain a clean, safe, and professional jobsite
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
Experience: 2–5 years in handyman services, construction, or related trades
Lead Craftsman
Complete a wide range of residential repairs independently
Diagnose issues and recommend solutions to customers
Handle more complex jobs with minimal supervision
Serve as a role model for quality, efficiency, and professionalism
Experience: 3 years of multi‑trade experience preferred
Master Craftsman
Demonstrate expert‑level skills across multiple residential trades
Handle advanced troubleshooting and high‑detail work
Set quality standards and mentor other craftsmen
Represent Ace Handyman Services at the highest professional level
Experience: 5 years or equivalent mastery across residential trades
What We’re Looking For
Strong carpentry, painting, and general home repair skills
Excellent customer service and communication abilities
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
Own basic hand tools (specialty tools are a plus)
Comfortable working in customers’ homes
