Position Overview
We are seeking a Craftsman Apprentice to join our growing team. This entry-level role is perfect for someone eager to learn the trades, develop new skills, and grow into a professional craftsman. You’ll work alongside experienced team members, assisting on a variety of home improvement and repair projects while gaining hands-on training.
Responsibilities
- Assist Craftsmen with daily tasks, including carpentry, drywall, painting, tile, flooring, and general repairs.
- Learn safe use of hand tools, power tools, and equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized worksite.
- Provide excellent customer service while representing the Ace Handyman Services brand.
- Follow company safety policies and procedures.
- Take direction, ask questions, and be willing to learn.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred (but not required).
- A genuine interest in skilled trades and home improvement.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of tools and construction is a plus, but training will be provided.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and perform physical work.
