What Success Looks Like
On a day-to-day basis, you will keep our office running smoothly by managing communication and scheduling. Your primary goal is to provide an exceptional customer experience from the very first phone call.
- High-Volume Communication: Manage 50 incoming calls per day, answering customer questions, estimating project times, and booking appointments.
- Smart Scheduling: Coordinate schedules for our field craftsmen, optimizing their travel time and matching the right skills to the right jobs.
- Customer Support: Follow up with customers after their service to ensure they are fully satisfied with the work completed.
- Office Coordination: Handle daily administrative tasks, including data entry, file organization, and basic email correspondence.
What You Bring to the Table

Must-Have Qualifications:
- Ability to work full-time, onsite at our Valdosta, GA office.
- Proven experience comfortably handling 50 phone calls per day with a warm, helpful, and professional demeanor.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer literacy, including experience with email, internet searches, and scheduling or customer database software.
- Outstanding organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Prior experience in customer service, dispatching, or office administration.
- A basic understanding of home improvement, repair, or maintenance tasks (to help better estimate jobs).
Compensation & Schedule
- Pay: $20-$25 per hour depending on experience plus a bonus program
