We’re a locally owned Ace Handyman Services franchise backed by the trusted Ace Hardware brand—and we’re growing fast. We’re looking for a friendly, detail‑driven Customer Service Representative & Team Coordinator to support our craftsmen, delight our customers, and help our office operate at its best.

What You’ll Do

• Answer calls and emails with warmth and professionalism
• Schedule services and guide customers through what we offer
• Coordinate daily schedules for craftsmen and appointments
• Maintain accurate customer records and job details
• Communicate clearly with customers, craftsmen, and vendors
• Gather project details, request photos, and support the creation of estimates
• Work closely with the owner and field team to ensure great experiences
  
  
  

What You Bring

• 2 years in customer service, office coordination, estimating, or construction support
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Friendly, clear communication skills
• Comfort with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Copilot
• Experience with ServiceTitan or Jobber is a plus
• Basic understanding of home repair or remodeling
