- Drywall repair and finishing
- Carpentry and trim
- Painting
- Tile and flooring repair and installation
- Basic plumbing and electrical (within handyman scope)
This role is best suited for individuals with remodeling experience who are comfortable working across multiple trades rather than specializing in only one. You do not need to know everything — but you should be comfortable handling jobs where multiple skills are required and decisions must be made on-site.
