What You’ll Do

You will drive directly to scheduled residential and light commercial jobs in your local area to complete small-to-medium repairs and property improvements.

Typical Work Includes:

• Carpentry: Trim work, door/window repairs, deck repairs, and custom builds.

• Drywall & Paint: Patching, taping, texture matching, and touch-ups.

• Tile & Surface Repair: Backsplashes, floor tile fixes, and re-caulking.

• Minor Trades: Non-licensed plumbing fixture replacements (faucets, disposal units) and light electrical swaps (outlets, light fixtures, ceiling fans).

• Client Interaction: Greeting homeowners, confirming the scope of work in plain language, delivering clean results, and leaving the job site spotless.

• Tools & Transport: Your own reliable truck or work van suitable for hauling tools/materials, plus a complete set of standard hand and power tools.

• Location: Based within 25–35 miles of the Fairfield or Orange, CT area.

• Clean Record: Valid driver's license, safe driving record, and the ability to pass a background check.

• Professional Presence: Excellent communication skills, a neat appearance, and a courteous, respectful attitude in clients' homes.
