You already know how to do the work. Here's what we do for you.
You’ve built your skills and earned a reputation for doing the job right. If you’re already working in carpentry, remodeling, or property maintenance and considering your next move, we’d like to meet you.
As a Craftsman, you’ll complete residential and commercial projects independently with scheduling and customer service support from the office. You’ll report to the Service Manager, follow Ace’s systems and checklists, and take responsibility for your workmanship, time, and customer experience.
What We Offer
You’ll complete small to medium projects for homeowners and small businesses throughout the Des Moines metro, including Ankeny, Altoona, Bondurant, Urbandale, Clive, West Des Moines, and surrounding communities.
Projects may include installing doors and trim, repairing and texturing drywall, repairing decks, replacing faucets and ceiling fans, and installing grab bars and handrails. You’ll use several trade skills and help customers maintain safe, comfortable homes and workplaces.
You’ll often handle multiple customer visits in a day. Diagnose the problem before starting work, plan the work, prepare accurate material lists, purchase materials, communicate progress, keep the work area safe and clean. The office is available when you need support or a schedule adjustment.
