In this vital role, you will be the friendly voice answering customer inquiries and providing exceptional support. A typical day includes communicating with clients over the phone, assisting with scheduling service appointments, and utilizing digital platforms to ensure smooth operations. Your goal is to make every customer interaction positive and efficient, helping us maintain our reputation for outstanding service.

Main Job Responsibilities:

• Answering Inbound Phone Calls and Booking Requests to Office

• Utilizing AHS Phone Training to Give Clients Estimates Over the Phone

• Scheduling Clients

• Classifying Phone Calls in Service Titan

• Learning and Operating Service Titan

• Doing Follow-Up Calls with Clients on Their Experience and 1 Year Warranty Follow-Up Calls

• Writing and Mailing Thank You Cards to Clients

• Communicating with Residential and Commercial Clients via Phone Calls, Text, Email, and Mail Where Needed

• Trouble Shooting in Service Titan When Needed for Craftsmen/Office and Monitoring Job Progress Where Needed

• Collecting Payments Over The Phone When Needed

• Working alongside Owners, General Manager, and Craftsmen onsite for smooth daily operations

Requirements

• 
  Availability between 8 AM - 12 PM, Monday - Friday

• Willingness to work in person at our office location in Columbus, GA

• Attend AHS Office Training Program via Zoom and Complete Program

• Utilize All AHS and Office Resources Provided for Giving Estimates to Customers

• Strong communication skills, comfortable answering phones and interacting with clients

• Technologically proficient, comfortable using digital platforms to support daily work

Nice to Have

• 
  Previous customer service experience over the phone with clients

• Previous experience in construction or home service industries

• Experience working in a call center environment

• Experience working in office administration

• Experience in Office/Receptionist/Secretarial Work

• Ability to Multi-Task and Organize Daily Responsibilities
