What You'll Do
You'll complete a wide variety of residential repairs and improvement projects including:
- Finish and rough carpentry
- Deck construction and repairs
- Drywall repair and texture
- Trim installation
- Door and window repairs
- Tile installation and repair
- Exterior repairs
- Light remodeling projects
- General handyman services
- Seasonal home maintenance
In addition to quality craftsmanship, you'll also:
- Build estimates for additional customer projects using our field software
- Document completed work with notes and photos
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and office staff
- Identify additional repair opportunities that add value for customers
- Manage your daily schedule and job information using a smartphone or tablet
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience on every job
What We're Looking For
We're seeking experienced craftsmen who are dependable, professional, and capable of managing projects independently while providing exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- 5 years of residential construction, remodeling, handyman, or carpentry experience preferred
- Strong carpentry skills
- Experience with drywall, tile, trim, doors, windows, and general home repairs
- Ability to troubleshoot problems and develop practical solutions
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable using smartphones and mobile apps for estimating and documentation
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
