We are currently seeking highly motivated Craftsmen with skills in Paint matching and drywall repair.

We find and schedule the jobs for you, and you provide the quality craftsmanship and customer service that our clients have come to expect from us.
You will work on your choice of a full time or part time basis, using your own truck or van to travel to job sites in Hamilton county (Carmel, Fishers, Westfield, Noblesville)

There are Franchise Owners and Office Managers to assist with the day-to-day operations and administrative side of the business allowing our Craftsmen to focus on the tasks at-hand and provide our customers with professional services that delight our customers. Our Franchise Owners are successful, business-savvy individuals, who are ethical and treat their Staff like Family. The safety and well-being of TEAM members is a top priority. Many of our Craftsmen are former business owners themselves and after working for an Ace Handyman Services local office, even for a short time, they have no desire to be out on their own or operating their small businesses any longer.

- Successful prior track record as a Professional Drywaller and Painter
- Expertise in Paint Matching, Paint Mixing, Drywall Textures, handing drywall a plus.
- Excellent knowledge of Color Matching, Texture Matching.
- Own standard set of tools to perform all of the above trades
- Own truck or van
- Current and valid driver’s license
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
