Job Responsibilities
We are looking for Master Craftsman with a strong work ethic, a professional appearance and demeanor, and a good overall knowledge of the trades—from Carpentry, Tiling, Painting, and Drywall to light Plumbing and Light Electrical. You must also display excellent customer service skills, including solid communication and interpersonal abilities, and the ability to interact in a positive way with a wide variety of different types of clients, as well as fellow employees, management, and office personnel.
- 10 years experience as a Handyman/Craftsman/Tradesman
- Carpentry, Painting, Drywall experience
- Light plumbing and electrical experience
- Ability to interact professionally with customers
- Own your own tools
- Current and valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background screen
- Residence within 30 miles of Collierville TN.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Compensation: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
The 800 Craftsmen who represent our Brand are the heart and soul of our turn-key, white-glove home repair, maintenance, and improvement service. They are skilled and experienced in many trades, but their professionalism and attention to detail is what sets them apart from others who work in the industry.
Most of the projects completed are for Repeat and Referral Customers—folks truly appreciate our high level of service, and they often request additional work by asking for particular Craftsmen by name.
