- Lead Complex Projects: Take charge of large remodels and advanced repair projects across multiple trades (carpentry, drywall, tile, electrical, plumbing, painting, flooring, and exterior repairs) including but not limited to bathroom remodels and deck refacing.
- Diagnose & Plan: Assess challenging home projects and develop accurate solutions, work plans, and estimates. Use your expertise to set clear expectations and ensure success from start to finish.
- Run the Jobsite: Self-manage your projects, keeping everything on schedule, safe, and running smoothly. Lead others on the jobsite with confidence, providing direction and guidance when needed.
- Be the Brand Expert: Represent Ace Handyman Services with professionalism, integrity, and consistency. Show others what “done right” looks like by modeling best practices and high standards.
- Delight Customers: Serve as the main point of contact for clients during projects. Communicate clearly and kindly, making sure every customer feels respected, informed, and thrilled with the final result.
- Mentor & Support Others: Share your knowledge by coaching and training fellow craftsmen. Help build a positive, supportive, high-performing team culture.
- Take Care of Tools & Resources: Use and maintain professional-grade tools with pride. Make smart use of materials and resources to keep projects efficient and cost-effective.

Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- At minimum of 10 years of broad, hands-on experience in multiple trades required (i.e. plumbing, carpentry, electrical, drywall, and painting)
- Have their own tools from everyday essentials to power tools, and specialty tools
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and train other craftsmen.
- Estimating experience is a bonus
- Strong math skills required for advanced estimating, measurements, and complex project planning.
- Proficient with tablet and/or phone use for estimating, time keeping, dispatching, and purchasing
- Strong knowledge of electronic communication and documentation practices.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Must have own tools.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Must be comfortable working at heights up to 32 feet or higher (unless otherwise approved by management).
Compensación: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
The 800 Craftsmen who represent our Brand are the heart and soul of our turn-key, white-glove home repair, maintenance, and improvement service. They are skilled and experienced in many trades, but their professionalism and attention to detail is what sets them apart from others who work in the industry.
Most of the projects completed are for Repeat and Referral Customers—folks truly appreciate our high level of service, and they often request additional work by asking for particular Craftsmen by name.
