This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Assurance Manager, located in Pompano Beach, FL. The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance processes, ensuring compliance with company and industry standards. Daily tasks include identifying areas for improvement in quality operations, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and leading quality audits. The role also involves monitoring product quality, preparing reports, and training teams on quality standards.
- Strong understanding of Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) principles, as well as experience in quality management systems.
- Proficiency in conducting quality audits, performance testing, and process assessments.
- Leadership and supervisory skills, including the ability to manage and guide cross-functional teams effectively.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking capabilities for enhancing operational efficiency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare detailed quality reports and liaise with external regulatory bodies when needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
