Automatic Door Service Manager
Join a growing, well-established automatic door company.
We're looking for an experienced leader to manage our Automatic Door Service Division. This position oversees our service technicians, scheduling, customer relationships, and day-to-day service operations while helping us continue to grow our business.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support our team of service technicians.
- Manage scheduling and dispatch to ensure efficient service.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional service.
- Oversee service quality, safety, and department performance.
- Work closely with our installation and sales teams.
- Help grow our service business through outstanding customer support.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the automatic pedestrian door industry is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with AAADM inspection procedures and ANSI/BHMA standards is a plus.
- Current AAADM certification is a plus but not required.
- Experience with Dormakaba, Stanley, Horton, NABCO, TORMAX, Besam, Record, Boon Edam, or similar automatic door equipment is a plus.
