Parts Counter Person
Ace Ford is a family-owned dealership that has been servicing the great communities of South Jersey since 1913. We seek a Parts Counter Person who is willing to learn and grow within the company. We are looking for someone who is driven to learn and gain experience.

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Every weekend
Responsibilities
- Assist customers and technicians with parts needs.
- Answer the phone, provide part estimates, and answer additional questions if needed.
- Ensure back-order parts are tracked and updated when escalation is required.
- Properly stock parts in inventory.
- Use Snap-on Catalog to look up needed part numbers accurately.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience is required
- Must be able to utilize a computer efficiently.
- Need to be able to read the parts catalog and parts diagrams properly.
- Ford and Reynolds & Reynolds experience would be a plus but not a requirement.
