Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Podiatrist at our Oakland, CA location. The Podiatrist will diagnose and treat a variety of foot and ankle conditions, develop treatment plans, and provide comprehensive care for patients, including children, athletes, and those with diabetes. Additional responsibilities include creating custom orthotics, addressing biomechanical issues, and collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes for our patients. Patient education and preventive care will also be integral aspects of the role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Podiatric Medicine, including the diagnosis and treatment of foot and ankle disorders
- Strong expertise in Biomechanics and Orthotics to assess and manage functional foot-related conditions
- Experience in the management and care of Diabetic patients with foot-related conditions
- Current and valid state licensure to practice Podiatry
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with patients and healthcare teams
- Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality patient care
- Board certification or board eligibility in Podiatric Medicine is preferred
