Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Manager, located in the Washington DC-Baltimore Area, with the flexibility to work remotely part-time. Responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction through strategic account management. The Account Manager will play a key role in achieving revenue targets, resolving client concerns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions tailored to customer needs.
