We are looking for a part-time controller to work with our bookkeeper to oversee financial statements including balance sheets, invoices, accounts payable and accounts receivable. This is an onsite position three days a week.
Responsibilities include:
- Review of expenses
- Approve payables
- Review invoicing
- Prepare monthly P&L
- Review insurance
- Review sales commissions
- Manage Cash Flow
- Familiarity with payroll and related processes (experience with Paycor and ACA reporting is a plus)
- Assist management with important financial decisions
- Monitor the company’s financial reports and determine ways to reduce costs and maximize profits
