We are looking for a part-time controller to work with our bookkeeper to oversee financial statements including balance sheets, invoices, accounts payable and accounts receivable. This is an onsite position three days a week.
Responsibilities Include
Review of expenses
Approve payables
Review invoicing
Prepare monthly P&L
Review insurance
Review sales commissions
Manage Cash Flow
Familiarity with payroll and related processes (experience with Paycor and ACA reporting is a plus)
Assist management with important financial decisions
Monitor the company's financial reports and determine ways to reduce costs and maximize profits
