ACE Construction Services is growing in the Seacoast NH area and we’re looking for a Superintendent who owns the jobsite, builds strong teams, and leads with consistency.

What You’ll Do

Lead crews and manage day-to-day field operations
Drive production, quality, and top-tier workmanship
Train new hires & help us achieve our 30–35% turnover goal
Communicate with PMs, GCs, and site partners
Maintain safety, schedule, and ACE standards — consistently

Pay: From $30.00 per hour

Experience:

• Commercial painting: 3 years (Required)
• Construction: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
• OSHA 30 certificate (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:
