What You Will Do
- Work in‑store at our partner Big Box Home Improvement locations (this is not a remote or call‑center role)
- Engage shoppers and schedule Free Estimates for Heating & A/C system replacements
- Set appointments for discounted seasonal tune‑ups (think “oil change” for your A/C system)
- Represent Ace with professionalism, friendliness, and accuracy
We’re Looking For Dependable, People‑focused Professionals Who Enjoy Conversation, Staying Busy, And Helping Customers Understand Their Options. Ideal Candidates Bring
- Experience in sales, customer service, lead generation, or brand ambassador work
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfort approaching customers in a retail environment
- Reliability, integrity, and a team‑first mindset
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- We are looking for Part time
- The Sales Appointment Setter will float between our Prescott and Prescott Valley stores
- The ability to work weekends is required.
- $16-18 per hour guaranteed, with commission up to $32 hourly
- Daily/Weekly Spiffs
