What You Will Do
You will support day-to-day operations by maintaining organized processes, accurate records, and effective administrative workflows
- Maintain and organize project files and documentation
- Keep systems updated with accurate data and project details
- Track document revisions, deadlines, and status updates
- Review files for accuracy and completeness
- Support preparation of project deliverables
- Perform data entry and system updates (ERP or similar)
- Provide general office support:
- Email and phone communication
- Daily administrative coordination
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2 years in administrative support, data entry, or office coordination
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite
- High attention to detail and follow-through
- Comfort with repetitive, process-driven tasks
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Experience
- Experience in manufacturing, construction, or engineering environments
- Familiarity with ERP systems or project-based documentation
Compensation & Benefits
- $18–$21/hour (based on experience)
