Regional Human Resources Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Human Resources Manager to join our team at Ace Cash Express. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and support to our regional leadership teams to drive business results through effective human capital management.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in human resources, with experience in recruitment, training, benefits, compensation, payroll, and employee relations. You will work closely with our Regional Vice President to ensure that all Human Resource responsibilities and initiatives are carried out in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the annual performance management process, ensuring that all employee performance appraisals are completed accurately and on time.
• Manage employee complaints company-wide, providing guidance and support to employees and managers alike.
• Partner with District Managers to determine headcount needs, source candidates, and manage the electronic recruiting system.
• Conduct employee investigations and legal issues as required by the Regional Vice President, Director of Human Resources, or SVP of HR.
• Review and manage district manager use and compliance with the electronic recruiting system process through to new hire.
• Train within the region, conducting 'Train the Trainer' sessions for District Managers and Team Leaders.
• Audit training to ensure all employees are trained and compliant with policies and procedures.
• Maintain employee files to ensure compliance and audit-readiness.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree preferred with a minimum of 7 years of human resources manager experience in operations, multi-unit retail/restaurant environment.
• Previous experience managing other HR professionals is required.
• Must have experience in sourcing, interviewing, hiring, training, and developing associates.
• Ability to influence others, facilitate processes, coach/advise operations leaders.
• Multi-location and multi-state experience in a HR generalist role required.
