Inside Ace Cafe Sanford, we’re launching Royal 38—a private, members-only club with a very limited number of remaining memberships. This is not a restaurant host role. It’s a relationship-driven position at the intersection of hospitality, access, and sales.
We’re looking for one person to be the face of Royal 38.
The role
- Host and curate the Royal 38 experience during select hours and events
- Build relationships with prospective members and guide them through the membership process
- Manage introductions, guest flow, and access with discretion and confidence
- Represent the tone of the club: calm, polished, and intentional
Who this is for
- Someone with experience in high-touch hospitality, private clubs, concierge services, luxury events, or membership-based environments
- Comfortable speaking with discerning, successful people
- Trustworthy, sharp, and emotionally intelligent
- Sales-capable without being salesy
Compensation
- Small, predictable base for presence and consistency
- Meaningful commission for each Royal 38 membership sold
- Real upside as we complete our founding member group
