Popeyes in Glasgow, KY is seeking a reliable and motivated Shift Manager to help lead daily restaurant operations. This role supports the Restaurant Manager in delivering great food, excellent service, and a positive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead shifts and ensure quality, service, and cleanliness standards
• Train and support team members on procedures and guest service
• Handle guest orders, concerns, and shift flow in a timely manner
• Follow food safety, cash handling, and operational procedures
• Assist with opening/closing duties, scheduling, and team assignments

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of quick service or fastfood experience (leadership preferred)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fastpaced environment
• Must be 18 and able to pass a background check
• English required; Spanish speakers encouraged to apply
