Ace Bolt & Screw Co., Inc. is one of the largest fastener distributors in the Southeast, with offices in Jackson, MS; Tupelo, MS; Gluckstadt, MS; Richland, MS and Atlanta, GA. Our Jackson office is looking to hire an individual as a full-time accounts receivable clerk. We offer great pay and benefits, including PTO, health insurance, & 401k.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for answering the phone, billing tickets, and posting deposits.
Responsibilities
- Reconciles cash on a daily basis
- Post and reconcile the deposits on a daily basis
- Keeping invoices billed that come in throughout the day
- Call customers to collect past due invoices
Qualifications
- Must be familiar with excel and general computer tasks
- High attention to detail
- Great time management skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
