Role Description:
We are looking for a full-time, on-site Solution Specialist (Sales)
✔️ Communicating with customers and providing outstanding service
✔️ Managing sales activities and customer interactions
✔️ Implementing and refining sales & marketing strategies
✔️ Creating all social media posts, including daily or weekly videos of cars and sales
✔️ Managing lead follow-ups and customer inquiries
✔️ Working collaboratively with our team to achieve goals
Qualifications:
✅ Strong communication and customer service skills
✅ Sales experience with a proven track record of success
✅ Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
✅ Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven
✅ Ability to work well in a team environment
✅ Previous experience in the automotive industry is a plus

Compensation Structure:
HEAVY commission-based position
Weekly draw of $700 plus commissions
