What We’re Looking For
- Experienced asphalt paving/production workers
- Experience with handwork, raking, lute work, and edging
- Experience operating asphalt equipment is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently as part of a paving crew
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- CDL is a major plus
Responsibilities
- Assist with residential, commercial, and municipal paving projects
- Perform asphalt handwork, raking, shoveling, and cleanup
- Operate paving and construction equipment when qualified
- Follow grade, slope, and project specifications
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
- Work as part of a team to deliver a high-quality finished product
