Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to assess their appliance needs and provide customized solutions.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to enhance customer knowledge and satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom to ensure an inviting shopping atmosphere.
- Accurately and efficiently process sales transactions using our point-of-sale system.
- Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and promotions to effectively inform customers.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales objectives and enhance customer service.
- Follow up with customers after their purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of merchandise as needed.
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in major appliances or home goods.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing inventory.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales training is advantageous.
- Team player with a positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
- Ability to safely lift and move heavy appliances.
- Familiarity with appliance brands and features is a plus.
