We’re seeking an experienced Master Scheduler to lead program/production planning, capacity management, and material coordination across a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. This role support complex, multi‑level BOM environments and long‑lead procurement cycles. This role ensures production readiness, schedule accuracy, and alignment with program requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and optimize the Master Production Schedule
- Analyze capacity, labor, and material constraints
- Collaborate with operations, supply chain, and engineering teams
- Monitor schedule adherence and drive continuous improvement
- Support MRP processes and long‑range planning
- Problem‑solving mindset
Qualifications
- 3–7 years of scheduling, planning, or supply chain experience
- Strong MRP proficiency
- Aviation background/experience preferred
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- APICS CPIM/CSCP preferred
- Highly experiences with Microsoft Project
