Bookkeeper with a Heavy Focus in Tax
ACE Accounting has grown substantially and we're excited to announce an addition needed to our sales tax department. We are looking to add a person who's able to multi-task, has strong inter-personal skills, as well as, extreme attention to detail.
*Requirements include a Bachelor's degree AND 5 years in the field.
*Must have excellent communication and comprehension skills; both verbal and written.
*Highly proficient with Quickbooks and Excel.
*Ability to pivot, and learn on the go

Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
*Multi State & local Sales Tax Return Preparation
*Answering and resolving tax notices for payroll or Sales Tax
*Analyzing Sales Data to confirm sales tax payments are accurate
*Multi State Personal Property Tax Filings
*Registering Tax accounts
*Closing Tax Accounts
*Multiple phone calls to Tax Departments on behalf of clients
*Business License registration and annual renewal
*Other duties as assigned by Senior Tax Supervisor
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
