This position focuses on strengthening internal processes, optimizing system workflows, supporting employee lifecycle activities, and assisting with engagement initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience. Working closely with the People & Culture Director, this individual helps bring the department’s vision to life while coordinating meaningful outcomes across all People & Culture programs. They ensure consistent, high-quality execution while handling sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.The ideal candidate is organized, systems-minded, and collaborative, energized by building smarter processes that improve both the employee experience and overall organizational performance. This role is ideal for someone who is excited by the human side of work and can translate that passion into thoughtful, impactful initiatives by coordinating and supporting ongoing and upcoming programs across the department.Coordinator Support & Process ExecutionMaintain accurate HRIS workflows and ensure documentation and processes align with company standardsCoordinate and support system processes, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation across the employee lifecycleSupport recruitment coordination, including scheduling interviews and managing candidate communications through appropriate channelsAssist with planning, coordinating, and executing People & Culture programs and initiativesCoordinate onboarding and offboarding logistics to ensure a smooth employee experience that includes behind the scenes impactAssist with HR coordination related to pre-hire activities and employee transitions, ensuring that procedures are consistently followedEmployee Engagement & Culture ExecutionAssist with planning and executing employee engagement initiatives and internal culture-driven programsCoordinate communication, logistics, and execution for People & Culture initiatives and events, including responsibilities for setup and takedown, some of which may occur outside normal business hours.Support initiatives that strengthen ACDI’s culture, collaboration, and cross-functional engagementProject & Cross-Functional SupportAssist with People & Culture projects across departments, including multicultural and cross-border initiativesHelp drive timelines, documentation, and follow-through to ensure successful executionProvide support on current and additional department initiatives as business needs evolve, including special HR projects, events, and culture-focused programsReporting & Operational SupportAssist in compiling non-payroll HR reports and tracking People & Culture metrics to support department initiatives Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and evaluation tracking in collaboration Support dashboard maintenance and internal reporting for department visibilityImpact of the RoleSupports in delivering consistent, high-quality People & Culture outcomesStrengthens employee experience and engagement through organized, thoughtful executionHelps ensure clarity, alignment, and operational stability within the People & Culture departmentContributes to a positive, people-centered, high-performing culture at ACDIAdditional ResponsibilitiesThis role evolves with the needs of the department and organization, providing support for new projects, special initiatives, and other People & Culture programs as they arise.Skills/Experience/Education: Required3 years of HR operations, HR coordination, or HR generalist experienceExperience optimizing HRIS systems or internal workflow processesStrong systems mindset with experience improving workflows or HR processesHigh level of discretion and confidentiality at all timesStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentEffective communication, coordination, and collaboration skillsPreferredBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Experience supporting employee engagement initiatives or internal culture-driven eventsExperience working with multicultural or cross-border teamsProfessional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plusSupervisory Responsibility This position has no supervisory responsibilities at this time.Work Environment Moderate noise level, bullpen environment located at ACDI headquartersFast-paced, encouraging, and positive Employee may be required to furnish mobile services and devices necessary to receive business communications on a continual basis Other Duties Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
