Looking for a better work-life balance? Join our team as a Shipping Clerk and enjoy a schedule that gives you your weekends back! Work four 10-hour days, Monday through Thursday, and enjoy a three-day weekend every week.
We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented individual who takes pride in accuracy, organization, and getting the job done right.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare and package outgoing products for shipment.
- Follow customer-specific packaging and shipping instructions.
- Prepare shipping documents and process transactions in our ERP/MES/MRP systems.
- Operate company vehicles to deliver and pick up packages.
- Receive and handle customer-supplied materials.
- Maintain electrostatic discharge (ESD) controls.
- Follow company safety and quality standards while supporting daily shipping operations.
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Experience shipping packages through UPS, DHL, and FedEx.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy, safety, and attention to detail.
- Must meet the definition of a U.S. person under 22 CFR 120.62 (U.S. citizen or qualifying permanent resident).
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
- Ability to sit for periods while working at a computer or operating a vehicle.
