We are looking for an experienced and driven Process Engineer to join our growing engineering team. What You’ll Do
As a Process Engineer, you will support and improve manufacturing processes for complex electronic assemblies while collaborating with customers, engineering, and production teams to ensure high-quality results and efficient product launches.
Responsibilities
- Review and critique new job releases to address manufacturability concerns without impacting customer schedules
- Identify and communicate Design for Manufacturability (DFM) issues and provide recommended solutions to customers
- Create build documentation and visual aid packages for manufacturing
- Interpret and implement engineering change orders (ECOs)
- Support the introduction of new products into manufacturing
- Collaborate with production teams to identify in-process DFM issues and communicate feedback to customers
- Improve production efficiency, process effectiveness, and manufacturing equipment performance
- Maintain current knowledge of applicable industry standards and act as a subject matter expert in customer meetings
- Ensure customer expectations are met in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain ESD controls and manufacturing best practices
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across operations
- Perform additional duties as assigned

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 7 years of related engineering experience required
- Experience in electronics manufacturing or contract manufacturing preferred
- Candidate must qualify as a U.S. Person as defined in 22 CFR 120.62 (U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Resident status)
