MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education
An associate’s degree in electrical engineering technology, in progress, is acceptable
Post HS Trade School Certificate in Electronics
A high school diploma is required

The position resides at the Accutrol Factory in Danbury, CT.

Primary Responsibilities
- Work directly with the Engineering Team to develop electronics test systems
- Embedded software programming using C
- Troubleshoot and disposition PCB assemblies that have failed in-process testing
- Work with PCB Contract Manufacturers to refine testing and resolve issues
- Perform validation testing on new products and write test reports documenting test setup and results
- Work with Manufacturing and Test Engineers to develop in-house test systems
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education
An associate’s degree in electrical engineering technology, in progress, is acceptable
Post HS Trade School Certificate in Electronics

Experience/Skills
- Experience operating electronics test equipment such as DMMs, Oscilloscopes, and Frequency Counters
- Experience reading and understanding schematic and wiring diagrams
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as wiring systems and building test fixtures
- Soldering experience
- Computer literate with working knowledge of MS Office and detailed knowledge of MS Excel
- Experience with embedded microcontrollers and programming languages is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams
- Must be a good communicator – verbal and written
