Painter/Powder-coater
AccuTrex Products, Inc. is seeking an experienced Painter/Powder-Coater to support our fabrication department. This role is suited for a skilled technician who understands coating processes, values quality control, and can maintain efficiency in a production setting.
The Painter/Powder-Coater is responsible for pretreating, cleaning, masking, priming, and powder coating parts according to customer specifications. Duties include performing first-piece, in-process, and final inspections; loading parts efficiently to maximize line capacity; managing color change processes; troubleshooting paint line issues; and maintaining departmental housekeeping and safety standards.
Candidates should have at least one year of powder coating experience, including conveyor line systems and wash stages. Experience mixing coatings and understanding paint line functionality is required. Blueprint reading ability is preferred. Applicants must be mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and capable of managing workflow in a production environment.
This is a full-time position in a manufacturing environment requiring the ability to handle large metal sheets and lift up to 55 pounds.
Pay is commensurate with experience.
